I start working since I was 15 years old, as a part time waiter in a 5 Star hotel. After my Form 5, I came to Singapore and started out as Sales Assistant in a Departmental Store. After my contract ended, I went back to my home town and started first sales job with a Direct selling company, selling products from door to doors. After 5 years than I venture into Real Estate career. I’ve more than 18 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in Real Estate.
In Real Estate can really help to create Wealth & Financial Freedom. But how many of youngster can start investing with zero money in the pocket? Do you know investing property need at least few hundred thousand to start up. Firstly, you need to put in 20% deposit than go for bank loan. But for youngster, how many can come out 20% deposits for a 1 million property, that’s means the deposit is about $200,000 as deposits. Without supporting documents of income, young working adults also not qualify to apply for any bank loan. (due to their income)
I’ve been doing a research that only Network Marketing & MLM, can really help youngster to realize their dreams and financial freedom. Only requires as low as $100 and they can start doing business.I strongly believe that MLM or Network marketing is the best way for ordinary people to achieve their financial goals.
However, THE PROBLEM is that 90+% of Network Marketers fail to achieve what they want. When I first started in network marketing business 9 years ago, I was so impressed and fired up by all the leaders’ income claim. I worked very hard, did my warm market list, called everyone I know, travel all the way to West Malaysia & Indonesia. With a short period of time, I personally sponsored more than 100 members (face to face presentation), my network booms up to more than 300 over of members (some I didn’t even know them or ever met them at all).
I even held my own training seminar for the new members, started making some money. However, I was not making the 6 or 7 figure income I wanted. And very soon, the company closed down (every month the company keeps changing the compensation plan). I ran out of cash and couldn’t afford to pay for my commitment & expenses. I was really struggling and I had also lost quite a few friends who were sick of me telling them how great my business was!
It’s very important to choose which company to join and the products you are representing.
I’ve been doing research for all this years that the company have a solid background and I still can concentrate my job, no need to do face to face presentation and can do everything thru online, e.g. Recruiting, Training, Member’s forum, etc and finally I found Vemma.
