Why I build my business thru Network Marketing?

In fact, those corporate worlds also implement Network Marketing.

Have you guys ever started up your own business? Start up the conventional business is not easy, coz you need capital to start up. Sometimes it depends on what business you venturing into. Before you start, first thing you need to apply for trade license.

How you want to grow your business to what level? What I mean to what level is you want to expand your business into a Chain outlet or just only earning enough to pay rental, utilizes bills, your commitments only? If you want to expand it to Chain outlet, you got to look into a standardize systems… (McDonald, KFC, 7Eleven, etc). Those systems needs time to keep improvement and changing until it is fully satisfy.
How much money you need to set aside to set up another branch or outlet? Sometimes is all depends.

Let me use a car wash business as example. Car wash business is the most basic and lowest investment to start up. Well, it all depends on how you want it to be. If just renting a small place to start up, you also need at least RM10,000 ($6000), included water pump, vacuum, rental, snow wash machine and at least 6 months to 1 years overhead capital standby and workers salary as well.

If you want to expand into Chain outlet, can it be done? YES…You can…But you need to implement a lot of marketing strategies and corporate image. Let me give you some ideas how to turn a normal car wash business into Chain outlet. First you need to implement some standard, like car wash within 10 minutes, vacuum & drying 10-15minutes; it must be done in 20 – 25 minutes. So this is what I call standardize your service. Second, you need to go look for corporate and New & old car dealers and give them a corporate quotation by special service like picking it up from their office and send it back to them with “No Extra Cost”…

Thirdly, give your customer special treatment like membership, they pay a certain amount of membership fees and entitle for 13 times cash wash and 1 time free car polish within a year, they can even drop by another chain outlets that is convenient to them. Coz all their information is in the company computer systems. And if they bring a new member, they entitle to additional voucher of RM50 ($20) discount voucher. This is what I call Network Marketing, coz you are using your satisfy customers to get more customers for you. That is how you expand your business. Disadvantage: But if you closed for one day than no income coming in.

And I’m going to show you my Internet Network Marketing business. It’s more like operating Chain outlets, the more people you recruited or join you like opening more branches or outlet.

For example, you recruited someone in USA, UK, or your own hometown, just like you are opening more branches or outlets but the Wonder in this business is you don’t have to come out the working capital. This business is more like your own Franchise. You implement your own systems and they just follow what you have implemented.

This is numbers game, the more people you look the more branches/outlets you will start up.
Let me show what and why I think Internet Network Marketing is an option for you.
• NO NEED TO INVEST BIG MONEY
• NO NEED TO SELL
• ABLE TO WORK ONLINE & OFFLINE
• ABLE TO SAVE RENTAL COST
• NO NEED TO WORRY WORKERS SALARY EVERY MONTH END
• NO WORRY STAFF TURNOVER (Staff resigned and need to find new staff)
• ABLE TO PASS ON TO MY KIDS
• BUILD YOUR TEAM WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE
• ABLE TO REACH OUT TO VARIOUS COUNTRIES (More Chain Outlets)
• FRIENDLY PRODUCTS
• NO STOCK INVENTORY
• WELL SUPPORT FROM HOME OFFICE
• A PROVEN SYSTEMS
• ONLINE TRAINING

Logic and experience tell us that it never will and yet this mindset is so common in network marketing that people sometimes get upset at the suggestions that success requires action – not just any action – action that is applied from tested and proven methods.

Experience also tells us that the quickest way to get there is to get training or mentoring from someone or someplace that has a proven track record. And even then, to expect expert results right out of the starting gate is another built-in setup for frustration and failure.

Becoming an expert requires experience. Experience only comes from doing.
FACT: The average networker receives ZERO to 3 hours of training and is told that they can create their six figure masterpiece. This "technically true" bit of misinformation is the root cause of the high rate of failure. When things turn out not quite as easy as imagined, people give up and quit - ending any chance to truly build a successful business.

Now, doesn't it make sense to do it right from the beginning? Search no more, simply fill out the form and  Your Journey To Success starts HERE!

The 4 key ingredients to Success

ABCD = Action, Belief, Cooperation, Drive
Why these 4 ingredients are very important in our daily life? Those people who failed in their Network Marketing because of they don’t have this 4 ingredients.

Action
What is the action you need to get you start up in this business? First of all, you need to have an Action planning.

What is Action planning?
Action planning is a process which will help you to focus your ideas and to decide what steps you need to take to achieve particular goals that you may have. It is a statement of what you want to achieve over a given period of time. Preparing an action plan is a good way to help you to reach your objectives in life: don't worry about the future, start planning for it!

It involves:
·         Identifying your objectives
·         Setting objectives which are achievable & measurable.
·         Prioritizing your tasks effectively.
·         Identifying the steps needed to achieve your goals.
·         Being able to work effectively under pressure.
·         Completing work to a deadline.
·         Having a contingency plan

Writing down your goals turns them into a plan, not a dream.

An effective action plan should give you a concrete timetable and set of clearly defined steps to help you to reach your objective, rather than aimlessly wondering what to do next. It helps you to focus your ideas and provides you with an answer to the question ‘‘what do I do to achieve my objective?’’.

It’s OK to have several objectives, but you will need to make a separate action plan for each, otherwise things get confused.
Although here we shall be applying the techniques to careers, it can be used effectively to help you to reach your goals in many other aspects of your life.

Belief
Your beliefs drive everything! Beliefs and values determine how we spend your time, energy, money, the quality of our relationships and everything else in our lives. We all have two levels of beliefs: our conscious beliefs and our deeper, underlying unconscious ones. The conscious beliefs are obvious to you; it's the unconscious ones that show up in all of those troubled areas in your life. And what's weird is that you may think you believe in one thing (prosperity is a good example), but really - based on the results you're getting in your life - you really, at a deeper unconscious level, believe something else.

So here's the deal. In order to change what's happening in your life - whether it's struggling with relationships, hating your job, or being financially challenged - you have to discover your deep values and beliefs and create new ones that will get the results you want. The truth is, you literally can't do something unless you believe it. If deep inside you think that money is evil, you will not allow yourself to have money.

Given that beliefs run your life, wouldn't it be great to know what your beliefs are? And better yet, be able to change and believe those things that will make your life great?

If you don't like what's happening in your life, find a way to discover your beliefs and values. Start with a specific area of your life. Ask yourself, "What's important to me about life?" Write down all of the answers that come to you. Then, ask yourself again, "What's important to me about life?" Again, write down any new answers. Then repeat the question a third time and write down all of the answers you get. You may be surprised at what you discover.

Cooperation

Cooperation is important because without agreement and coordination we cannot accomplish what we need to do. Everyone must make sacrifices for the better if needed. To organize important ideas and events, cooperation must be obtained between groups of people to insure the job is done right and well.

There are many reasons why cooperation is important, depending on what your goals are. Either way, cooperation is a good way to attract people to your organization.

Cooperation creates harmony, learning spirit in every organization. Nobody can achieve or do anything without team work.

Drive

"There's no success like failure," "and . . . failure's no success at all." ~ Bob Dylan.

Ambition is the strong drive for success. It is a positive personal character trait. A person without ambition is said to be shiftless. But it is possible to have too much ambition. In such a case, you may apply negative actions to achieve your goals.
Questions you may have include:
·         What are the benefits of being ambitious?
·         What about people who are not ambitious?
·         How can too much ambition be undesirable?
Ambitious
A person who is ambitious has a dream of succeeding in some endeavor—usually related to his or her career. An ambitious person is hard-working in striving to achieve goals and to move up in the world.
If you are ambitious in your job, you will be looking for ways to move up the ladder of success. You will put out an extra effort to make a mark in your job and to get a promotion. Employers like ambitious workers.
Shiftless
There are people who are not ambitious. They may be satisfied with their present position and simply want to get by. They have no dreams of better things or of a better future. But this is not really a negative character trait.
Some of those who are not ambitious don't even just want to get by. Instead, they want to get out of doing work. They are considered shiftless or even lazy. Their dream is to get out of doing any sort of work and to be spending their time in leisure activities. Being shiftless is a negative character trait that leads to a lack of success in what they attempt.
Ambition is the strong drive for success and is a positive personal character trait. A person with ambition has a dream of moving up in the world. Some have no real ambition but still do good work. Others would rather get out of work, are shiftless and have a negative character trait. Too much ambition can result in being ruthless and having the negative social character traits of not being a very nice person.
(This is the key ingredients, i'm looking for in my Team.)

#30 David Karp – Aged 24yrs

david karp crop Young Rich List – 30 Under 30 Internet MillionairesWorth an estimated $5.5 million
David started the company Tumblr.com in 2007, with the aim to help anyone, share anything online. Sounds a pretty good idea, but who is actually going to use it? Well, 4.2 million of us is the latest estimation, so I think it’s not a bad idea at all. So far he has been handed $5.5 million in venture capital funding (so this personal fortune may now be more or less) and he has helped hundreds and thousands of users to share their content around the globe.

You know you’ve made it when you are on every single newspaper and magazine publication known to man, or even better when they have a movie about the birth of your company! There are so many ways to make money online, it could be a physical product that you are selling, maybe you create software and want to help those pesky spies from gaining government information? What ever your flavor of entrepreneurial streak may be, there are some sure-fire ways to make it in the online world.

Whats more, you can often start making money without even putting any in, although this will probably cause a slower return rate and lesser volumes but you could still do it. The truth is that any Tom, Dick or Harry could start a business if they really wanted to. BUT…there’s a catch. Of course there’s a catch, there’s ALWAYS a catch right? “Well, go on tell us what the catch is!” I hear you ask, it’s simple, you just need to know. You need to know what it is you are selling, how you are going to sell it and you have to know it has a reasonable value. There’s no good selling rubbish if the value is zero.
